Stillpoint Alignment Therapy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.stillpointalignmenttherapy.com and your use of services provided by Stillpoint Alignment Therapy (“Stillpoint Alignment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Stillpoint Alignment Therapy provides massage therapy, structural bodywork, and movement rehabilitation/calisthenics training services, as described on our website and booking pages.

Stillpoint Alignment Services may change, expand, or be updated from time to time.

3. No Medical Advice

Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician or healthcare provider.

  • We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.

  • Always consult your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new wellness, exercise, or bodywork program.

  • If you experience pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms, inform your practitioner and seek medical care as appropriate.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own health decisions.

4. Eligibility

By booking or receiving services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian; and

  • You are legally able to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

5. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

You agree to follow our posted or communicated appointment, cancellation, and no-show policies, including any fees, which may be displayed on our website, booking system, or provided during scheduling.

Examples:

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24] hours before the appointment time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to full session price.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings.

  • Cancellations and reschedule links will be provided with your appointment booking confirmation. These will be active up until 24 hours before the appointment time and can be used at your convenience to cancel/reschedule.

  • You may contact Stillpoint Alignment directly, via E-mail, SMS, or Phone to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made via online/digital communications, we will refer to the communication time to determine cancellation status around the "24 hours cancellation policy"

We reserve the right to modify these policies, and any changes will be communicated via our website, booking interface, or direct communication.

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees for services as listed on our website, booking platform, or otherwise communicated at the time of booking.

  • Payment methods may include credit/debit card, electronic payment, or other methods we make available.

  • Some services may require a deposit or prepayment.

  • All prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect confirmed appointments already booked and paid unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment plans, subscriptions, packages, and any services rendered by Stillpoint Alignment that have a monthly price/payment plan are subject to payment terms based on the starting date (example: if starting date of Wellness Package starts on Jan. 1, 202x, expected payment/due date would be 30 calendar days from the start date) of the Payment plans, subscriptions, packages. Late fees and termination agreements are subject to the terms and conditions for each service/plan/subscription.

7. Electronic Communications (Email and SMS)

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number and using our services, you agree that we may contact you by email and/or SMS for the following purposes:

Service-Related Communications

You agree we may send service-related emails and text messages, including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Late arrival and missed appointment notifications

  • Important information about your appointments, scheduling, or changes to our operations or policies

These communications are considered necessary to deliver our services.

Marketing Communications (Email and SMS)

You may be given the option to separately opt in to marketing communications:

  • Email marketing: If you opt in, you agree to receive promotional emails, educational content, and updates.

  • SMS marketing: If you opt in, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time:

  • For emails: by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in marketing emails or by contacting us.

  • For SMS: by replying STOP to any text message from us. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing emails or SMS messages is not required to book or receive services from Stillpoint Alignment Therapy.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Inform your practitioner of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns before and during sessions.

  • Follow any reasonable instructions or guidelines given by your practitioner for your safety and benefit.

  • Use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Stillpoint Alignment Therapy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
